How Elevate handles personal information collected through this website and when you contact us.
Elevate Management and Workplace Solutions Pty Ltd (ABN 32 682 563 079), “Elevate”, recognises that your privacy is very important to you and that you have a right to control your personal information. We know that you care how information about you is used and shared, and we appreciate your trust that we will do so carefully and sensibly.
This policy describes our privacy practices. By visiting our website you are accepting the practices it describes.
What personal information do we collect?
Information you give us
We receive and store any information you enter on our website or give us in any other way, for example by email or phone. When you send an enquiry through the website, this is your name, email address and message, and, if you choose to give them, your phone number and the type of organisation you work with.
You can choose not to provide certain information, but then we may not be able to respond to your request. We use the information that you provide for such purposes as responding to your requests, providing our services, improving our website and communicating with you.
Information collected when you visit
Like most websites, our website and the services that run it receive technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, your browser and device type, and the pages you view.
Services that handle information for us
- Website hosting: Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare hosts and delivers this website. It processes technical information, such as IP addresses, to deliver pages and protect the website from misuse.
- Enquiry emails: Resend. When you send an enquiry through the website, the details you enter are passed to Resend, an email delivery service, which sends them to David Price by email. Enquiries and emails you send us are then kept in Elevate’s email account.
- Spam protection: Cloudflare Turnstile. The enquiry form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to check that it is being sent by a person rather than an automated program. To do this, Turnstile looks at information from your browser and device.
- Website analytics: Google Analytics. We may use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our website, for example which pages are viewed and how people arrive at the site. Google Analytics uses cookies and collects information such as your approximate location, device, browser and the pages you view. It does not tell us who you are.
- Content editing: TinaCMS. The website’s content is edited with TinaCMS. It is used only by the people who edit the website and does not collect information about visitors.
These providers may store or process information outside Australia, including in the United States.
Cookies
Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. Our website may use cookies to count the number of visitors and analyse traffic (Google Analytics) and for security (Cloudflare). You can change the settings in your web browser to refuse or remove cookies.
Do we share the information we receive?
We know that providing personal information is an act of trust and we take this seriously. Under no circumstances will your personal information be used for any other purpose than intended. We will not supply or sell these details to any third party, with the following exceptions.
- Service providers: the providers listed above handle information on our behalf so that the website works and enquiries reach David Price.
- Business transfers: as we continue to develop our business, we might sell or buy businesses and assets. In such transactions, customer information generally is one of the transferred business assets. In the event that we sell our business, customer information will be one of the transferred assets.
- Protection of our business and others: we may release personal information when we believe release is appropriate to comply with the law or to protect the rights, property or safety of our business, our clients or others. This includes supplying information to law enforcement agencies.
What choices do I have?
You can always choose not to provide information by not completing web forms, and you can turn cookies off in your browser.
